Who we are

Built on a $1B+ execution track record and more than 2,500 completed energy and infrastructure projects, Orvican is an EPC firm managing concept to completion for priorities across the U.S.

Orvican brings deep experience across end-to-end construction management. Our team partners with public agencies, utilities, communities, and leading organizations nationwide to deliver complex projects with clarity and discipline.

We operate at the intersection of policy, capital, and construction, coordinating stakeholders and regulatory requirements to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance. From early assessment through construction and closeout, Orvican provides the accountability and structured sequencing required to move projects from plans to performance.

Seth Sullivan, Managing Partner

Seth Sullivan is a Managing Partner at Orvican and a construction partner who delivers energy and infrastructure projects from planning through completion. A United States Marine Corps veteran and electrician by trade, Mr. Sullivan has been a trusted partner to Fortune 500 organizations through construction execution for portfolio-scale solar deployments supporting JPMorgan Chase and Grainger, contributing to the delivery of installations across more than 150 facilities nationwide.

Mr. Sullivan played a leading construction role on USDA-funded projects for the East Kansas Solar Initiative, delivering solar installations across multiple counties to support community resilience, small business energy access, and disaster recovery efforts. During the Kansas supply and demand challenges emerging in 2023, he served as a dependable subject-matter expert for state leadership such as the Governor and Senate Majority Leader, providing practical, execution-focused insight grounded in transmission bottlenecks, resource management, and grid conditions.

Having been involved in the solar industry since its early commercialization, Mr. Sullivan has overseen the construction and completion of thousands of solar and energy projects nationwide. At Orvican, he remains closely involved in construction execution and field oversight, ensuring approved plans translate into durable, operating assets. His reputation for reliability, technical depth, and delivery-focused leadership is central to Orvican’s ability to move complex projects from concept to completion with confidence.
